Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide assessments, treatment planning, and therapy services for children, families, and adults. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and eligibility for licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a trauma-informed, client-centered environment. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families.
• Candidates must be eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients across assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with professionals.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
• Engage in outreach and marketing to promote services and attract referrals.
• Develop safety plans and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
