Job summary

Health Connect America in Lithonia, GA seeks a licensed mental health professional to deliver therapy to children, families, and adults. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote healing and growth.

Required is a Master's in Social Work or Counseling and eligibility for LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensure in Georgia; two years’ experience with relevant populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and eligible for licensure in GA.
• Minimum two years’ experience with children and/or families preferred.
• Licensure eligibility as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and safety strategies.
• Document treatment progress and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.
