Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia seeks a licensed mental health professional to deliver high-quality therapy services to children, families, and adults. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and maintain detailed documentation.

The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting outreach initiatives to grow referrals. A trauma-informed, client-centered approach guides all care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Eligibility to be licensed as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience with children and/or families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and referrals.
