Job summary

Health Connect America in Roswell, GA seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children, families, and adults. The therapist will assess needs, develop plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy with a trauma-informed approach.

Eligibility for LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensure is required, and applicants should be prepared for documentation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience with children and/or families.
• Candidates must be eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Document progress notes and treatment plans timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and referrals.
