Job summary

Lennox in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Commercial Territory Manager to drive sales growth by developing new opportunities, strengthening relationships with customers, and delivering tailored solutions. You will manage accounts across an assigned territory, negotiate terms, and develop annual to monthly territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year sales or industry experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Strong customer relationships and needs understanding.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and time management.
• Knowledge of sales principles, strategies, demonstrations, and account management.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships and sales with existing customers.
