Job summary

RiseBoro Community Partnership is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator for Hillside Senior Apartments in New York. You will provide light-touch social services, perform needs assessments, and develop tenant-centered support plans for formerly homeless seniors referred from NYC shelters.

Under supervision, you will manage casework, assist with benefits, coordinate on-site services, and advocate for residents while engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferred in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer or client services.
• Experience in a social services setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day on-site services for tenants and align with RiseBoro's mission.
• Develop and review tenant-centered support plans; document progress.
• Provide ongoing case management, advocacy, and referrals to community services.
