Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• 6–12 months teller experience in a financial institution, retail sales, or cash handling.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service with welcoming greetings and attentive service.
• Process teller transactions and document them per procedure.
• Identify and address member questions; cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Maintain cash drawer and balances within guidelines; assist with coin handling.
• Help manage lobby traffic and educate members on services offered.
