Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and prioritize work.
• Team-based and individual work to meet goals.
• Proficient in counting cash, arithmetic, ten-key calculator and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of member service, sales and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings, attentive body language, and ensuring all member needs are met.
• Processes and documents teller transactions according to established procedures.
• Identifies and addresses members' questions and concerns to offer solutions.
• Proactively cross-sells products and services and refers to appropriate staff.
• Assists with lobby management to ensure timely, welcoming service.
• Keeps informed on financial services and educates members about new tools.
• Maintains cash drawer and balances within guidelines.
• Assists with lifting up to 50-pound bags of coin and stands for extended periods.
• Performs additional duties as required by management.
• Works to meet or exceed product and service cross-sale goals.
