Job summary

MyPoint Credit Union in San Diego seeks a Teller to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions, and promote financial wellness. You will be the first point of contact in the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and courtesy.

Candidate should have strong cash handling skills, be comfortable in a sales-driven environment, and able to explain credit union products and digital tools while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass background check.
• Comfortable in a sales driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish applicants highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Educate members on credit union products and digital banking tools.
• Handle cash with balanced drawer and verify transactions.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML and security procedures.
• Assist with daily branch operations and cross-sell credit union services.
