UW Credit Union is hiring a Spanish-language bilingual Full-Time Teller at the Fish Hatchery branch. You will accurately handle teller transactions and identify opportunities to recommend UW Credit Union products aligning with members’ financial goals.

You will build trustful relationships with members while delivering top-tier service in a collaborative branch environment, supporting performance goals and team success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Confidence with cash handling and transactions.
• Able to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player who can jump in where needed.
• Able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist members at the Fish Hatchery branch.
• Meet performance goals per the Members for Life philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient teller transactions.
• Follow UWCU cash management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors and inform affected members.
• Build relationships, understand needs, and offer referrals.
• Look for ways to exceed members' expectations.
• Collaborate with branch team to address needs.
