Job summary

OnPoint Community Credit Union is seeking a bilingual Teller (Russian and Spanish) to welcome members and process routine financial transactions in a branch located inside a Fred Meyer or Safeway store. The role includes cross-selling services and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

The position requires 6–12 months cash-handling experience and a High School diploma or GED, with bilingual skills highly desired. In-store differential applies; typical hours align with branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• A minimum of 6–12 months teller experience in a financial institution, retail sales, or a customer service role involving cash handling.
• Bilingual skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings and attentive interactions.
• Process and document all teller transactions according to procedures.
• Identify and address member questions and concerns to offer solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Assist with lobby management to ensure timely service and a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist or lift up to 50-pound bags of coin and stand for extended periods.
