Carolinas Telco FCU is seeking a Head Teller to lead teller operations and ensure accurate, secure processing of member transactions. You will supervise Tellers, balance cash drawers, and resolve complex member questions while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a business degree or equivalent experience, strong bilingual Spanish/English skills, and a focus on cross-selling and training to support branch goals.

Qualifications

• Business degree or two to three years of equivalent experience.
• Strongly preferred bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Thorough knowledge of Teller operations and procedures.
• Basic understanding of opening/closing accounts, loans, IRA, and certificate procedures.
• Knowledge of basic accounting.
• Ability to excel in a Sales and Service Team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Motivated self-starter with strong customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure teller functions are performed per policies and security procedures.
• Balance cash drawers and conduct audits monthly/quarterly.
• Answer questions, solve problems, and assist with complex transactions and member relations.
• Investigate out-of-balance conditions and correct discrepancies.
• Provide member service, cross-sell products, and meet monthly goals.
• Assist with opening/closing operations, vault, alarm duties, and related clerical tasks.
