IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union is seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Teller to join our team in East Moline, IL. You will assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and card services while providing top-tier service in both written and spoken communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus.
• Relative experience in customer support, problem solving and providing quality service is preferred.
• High level of integrity and commitment to exceptional member service with genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, actively listen and develop strong member relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt and support various member needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and fluent bilingual skills in writing and speaking required.

Responsabilidades

• Actively listen to members' needs to identify, educate on solutions including products and services such as deposit accounts, loans and credit cards.
• Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding account operation, access to services, resolving discrepancies, balancing, reconciling, and adjusting service features.
• Follow all cash, dual control and daily work documentation procedures, including balancing the cash drawer daily.
