IHMVCU in Rock Island, IL seeks a fluent bilingual Teller to handle accurate transactions and personalized member solutions, assisting with deposits, loans and cards while building trust and lasting relationships.

This role is based at the Rock Island location with occasional travel to support other branches. Integrity, communication, and outstanding member service are essential. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are preferred.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately
• Answer inquiries about account operations and service features; balance and reconcile accounts
• Follow cash handling and daily work documentation procedures
