IHMVCU is seeking a member-focused Bilingual Teller (Part-Time) for our East Moline, Illinois location. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers and card services, while delivering personalized solutions and excellent member service.

The role may require occasional travel to assist other branches. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, experience in customer support, and bilingual Spanish-English capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• High integrity and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Listen to member needs to identify solutions, including deposits, loans, and cards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries about accounts, services, and feature changes.
• Follow cash handling and balancing procedures daily.
