IHMVCU is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Teller in East Moline, IL. The role focuses on serving members with accuracy and warmth in Spanish and English, building lasting relationships and delivering personalized service.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing, while maintaining cash drawer accuracy and supporting branch operations. Occasional travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; finance/business coursework is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required; strong communication skills.
• Customer service or support experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing accurately.
• Educate members on products/services and provide personalized solutions.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures daily.
• Respond to member inquiries and support account needs effectively.
