Responsibilities

• Listen to members to identify solutions that may include products/services such as deposits, loans, and credit cards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Answer inquiries about accounts, services, discrepancies, balancing, and features to optimize usage.
• Follow cash handling, dual control, and daily work documentation; balance cash drawer daily.
