Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and the required second language.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Give shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers while addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Log and resolve escalated account issues; log customer complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners as appropriate.
• Perform branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and maintenance tasks.
• Complete consumer AML/BSA/KYC activities and comply with regulatory standards.
