• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log and escalate customer issues until resolved; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Complete branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) and AML/BSA/KYC activities.
• Maintain compliance and internal controls; promote M&T Bank brand and belonging.
