Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union in Charlotte, NC seeks a Bilingual Teller I eager to learn and grow. This role delivers front-line service and handles transactions with accuracy, following credit union policies.

Responsibilities include cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and receipts; strong English/Spanish communication; promote products; balance cash drawer; and support branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Ability to accurately count cash and handle figures.
• Strong relationship-building and member service skills.
• Ability to promote credit union products and services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions including cash receipts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Provide a positive member experience and resolve issues.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Maintain teller station organization and participate in branch tasks.
