Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; 2 years’ related/office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to count, handle cash, calculate figures and amounts.
• Aptitude for building relationships and delivering quality member service and sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software including email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, provide courteous, professional service.
• Open new memberships and accounts; assist with account maintenance and transactions.
• Identify member needs, educate on products/services, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Handle Teller I duties as needed and support accurate balances and records.
• Complete required administrative tasks and maintain documentation.
