Latino Community Credit Union in Carrboro, NC is seeking a Bilingual Teller to deliver high-quality member service while handling transactions and cash with accuracy.

As a Teller I, you’ll process deposits and withdrawals, promote credit union products, maintain balanced records, and support branch operations. Bilingual English/Spanish capability and strong communication are essential. You’ll be part of a diverse team dedicated to community impact.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) required; six months of work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to count cash and handle figures accurately.
• Ability to promote the credit union and its products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and check transactions accurately.
• Provide quality member service and resolve issues.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and records.
• Learn and apply LCCU service model concepts.
• Join community events and branch rotations.
