Zusammenfassung

itMatch is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company’s business application systems, including system inspection, service monitoring and alert handling. You will troubleshoot basic faults, perform SQL checks, and collaborate with both business users and developers.

You should be able to work with Linux, understand HTTP concepts, and document fault-handling procedures while maintaining operation manuals.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with Linux, able to check logs, processes and ports.
• Basic SQL knowledge and data verification skills.
• Experience with business systems, call centers, CRM or similar platforms preferred.
• Good documentation habits and on-call readiness.
• Clear English and Chinese communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain business application systems daily.
• Inspect systems, monitor services and handle alerts; escalate as needed.
• Provide user support for basic functions to business users.
• Assist in version releases, deployments and configuration updates.
• Log changes and verify releases per change management.
• Review logs, diagnose errors, cooperate with developers to fix issues.
• Back up data, verify backups, maintain ledgers and knowledge bases.
• Ensure stable operations and document common issues to reduce inquiries.
• Coordinate with business, development and test teams on status and requirements.
