Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Responsible for the overall health of application. This includes continuous improvement in SLA's through better monitoring, escalating bug fixes for correction and system tuning.
• Responsible for the operational stability of the applications.
• Troubleshooting in production environment.
• Act as the Onsite Counterpart for the offshore team and support the applications during the EST hours.
