Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation is a plus. The candidate will work across multiple projects, collaborating with architects and operations teams, and participate in 24x7 on-call coverage to ensure system reliability

Qualifications

• Experience with 24x7 on-call support and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Unix/Linux hardware and application support.
• Support Windows 2003/2008/2012 hardware and applications.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems.
• Utilize Service Manager or ServiceNow for incident tracking.
• Support Oracle and MSSQL databases and IBM Websphere MQ.
• Assist with deployment/automation using Jenkins.
