Qualifications

- Native-level Japanese and professional-level English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Power Platform, and ServiceNow.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support during technology migrations and platform transitions.
- Deliver user training and develop bilingual documentation (Japanese/English).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with global IT teams.
- Support process automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and ServiceNow.
- Drive technology adoption and continuous process improvement.
