Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Business Technology Support & Migration Analyst (Japanese/English bilingual) to support users migrating from legacy systems to new enterprise platforms in a global setting.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, Office 365, and ServiceNow, with native-level Japanese and professional English. You will create bilingual documentation, deliver trainings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years IT support, business systems support, migration projects or related roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Windows OS.
• 2+ years experience using ServiceNow.
• Experience creating user documentation and training materials.
• Experience in global, cross-functional environments.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to translate concepts between Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to users migrating from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Deliver user training sessions, workshops and one-on-one guidance.
• Create and maintain user documentation and knowledge base in Japanese and English.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Monitor user adoption and provide improvement recommendations.
• Identify and escalate project risks and dependencies promptly.
