Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support all aspects of employee relations, handle complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate level. The role involves communicating policy changes and assisting with investigations and grievances.

You will collaborate with management on HR processes, coordinate meetings, and maintain files while supporting onboarding and employment activities on site in California.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support all aspects of employee relations, handling complaints and escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with management on HR processes, policies, practices and systems.
• Assist investigations/mediation and advise on grievance procedures.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain grievance/investigation files.
• Assist Employment team with candidate screenings and onboarding support.
• Participate in onsite events and community activities.
