• Evaluate candidates through resume reviews, pre-screens, and interviews in both languages.
• Negotiate offers aligned with company policies and bilingual-market standards.
• Audit postings for accessibility and visibility in both languages.
• Maximize Greenhouse usage for sourcing, hiring, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and market insights.
