ManpowerGroup is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to lead full-cycle recruitment for US or Canada remotely. You will manage requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and partner with clients to deliver exceptional candidate experiences while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

The role emphasizes consultative stakeholder engagement, data-driven strategy, and operational excellence across engineering, IT, finance, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house).
• Proven success sourcing talent across Engineering, IT, Finance, or Corporate functions.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• High school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using data-informed strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific standards.
• Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche talent.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and advise on workforce planning.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insight.
• Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and regular progress reviews.
• Engage and manage a 3rd party supply chain when needed.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends.
