The role emphasizes high-volume project experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in German and English is required.
• 1+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience.
• Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling high-volume projects and campaigns.
• Motivation to learn and tackle challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake/briefing calls with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using various channels to find the best matches.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors to secure top candidates.
• Conduct phone or video screening calls.
• Engage with candidates to provide a great experience at every touchpoint.
• Join weekly calls with hiring managers to share sourcing updates.
