Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition professional to drive outbound and inbound sourcing, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with project and client managers. You’ll own the candidate experience and help shape our recruitment strategy across global roles.

Fluency in English and French is required; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms is preferred. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and ongoing global trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
• Thrives in goal-oriented environments and wants to achieve the best.
• Growth mindset and always looking for ways to improve.
• Team-oriented and committed.
• Able to work with changing priorities in a very agile environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing across channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Screen candidates and assess fit for roles.
• Manage interview logistics with Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise on candidate landscape and trends to support client service.
• Own the candidate experience and build a strong reputation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver top-tier talent.
