Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in employee management, supervision, or a team lead role.
• Strong understanding of HR or staffing practices, including offboarding, talent management, and employment law.
• Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external business relationships.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Manage and carry out strategies that support employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs that support redeployment, retention, skill development, and effective communication.
• Keep talent informed about safety policies, best practices, and updates.
• Use feedback and engagement results to identify and implement process improvements.
