• Professional proficiency in both French and English is required.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working directly with hiring managers.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to leverage recruitment data and analytics to drive results and inform decision-making.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, engineering, technical, or administrative environments is an asset.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other candidate sourcing tools is considered an asset.
• Human Resources or Recruitment certification is considered an asset.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Screen and assess candidates using structured, job-related selection criteria
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment progress updates
• Support offer development, approvals, negotiations, and candidate communications
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system data
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
