Job summary

The role spans manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, and administrative functions; candidates must be bilingual in English and French.

On-site presence is required, with occasional travel to support plant recruitment and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; written and spoken.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing through multiple channels.
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and recruitment progress updates to stakeholders.
• Support offer development, approvals, negotiations, and communications.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment records.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
