Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support North America manufacturing recruitment. This role will oversee end-to-end hiring across factory, engineering and administrative functions, collaborating with hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently.

Based in the US or Canada, the position requires bilingual English and French proficiency and on-site collaboration with plant teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience sourcing through multiple channels.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/French required.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing/industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Develop sourcing plans and build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates using structured criteria and coordinate interviews.
