Hydro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect skilled professionals with opportunities across North America, supporting manufacturing, engineering and administrative roles.

You will lead full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a bilingual environment. Role requires on-site presence and collaboration with plant teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers.
• Ability to source and attract talent through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured selection criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a positive candidate experience.
