Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support North America recruitment across manufacturing, engineering and administration. The role requires bilingual English and French proficiency and on-site collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams.

You will influence hiring decisions, develop sourcing strategies, and build pipelines for current and future needs. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle and working with hiring managers.
• Sourcing talent through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured, job-related criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and recruitment progress updates.
• Support offer development, approvals, negotiations, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
