You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, and administrative roles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and French required.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle with recruiting managers.
• Strong relationship-building and advisory skills with stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing talent through multiple channels and using ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates with structured criteria and coordinate interviews.
• Support offer development, approvals, and candidate communications.
