Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect top talent with our North American manufacturing operations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in a bilingual English-French environment.

This on-site role supports plant recruitment, collaborates with HR, and drives candidate experience while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working directly with hiring managers.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured, job-related selection criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate recommendations, and recruitment progress updates.
• Support offer development, approvals, negotiations, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system data.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
