Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full lifecycle recruitment across North America. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.

Fluency in English and French is required to support a bilingual environment, with on-site plant recruitment collaboration across multiple US and Canada locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Partner with managers and HR to understand staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and recruitment updates to managers.
• Support offer development, approvals, and communications.
• Maintain ATS data and recruitment records.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
