Job summary

Tangent Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support its talent acquisition function. You will keep requisitions moving, refine job postings, generate recruiting reports, and serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system while helping with offers and onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting, human resources, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets for reporting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
• Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own tracking of incoming requisitions from intake through posting and approval.
• Review and refine job postings for clarity and brand consistency.
• Compile and distribute weekly recruiting reports and metrics.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates and schedule updates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with offer paperwork and background check requests as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency.
