Job summary

Tangent-Technologies,-LL is seeking an HR Generalist to provide broad HR support across the business, focusing on employee relations, leave of absence administration, and workers’ compensation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources generalist experience required, including employee relations, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, addressing concerns fairly and with minimal risk to the business.
• Track and administer leaves of absence (FMLA, personal, medical, and other leave types) in compliance with federal/state law and policy.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims from report to resolution, coordinating with employees, supervisors, and carriers.
• Partner with leadership on org design and career path development to support growth and business needs.
• Own onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
