Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative to support day-to-day HR operations at the Viejas Center of Career Development. You will greet guests and candidates, assist with the ATS and onboarding, and help coordinate pre-employment screenings and paperwork.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR administration, Spanish-speaking ability, and comfort with HR systems and MS Office. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or related area.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Experience with HR systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the HR VCCD department and greet candidates, team members, vendors, and guests.
• Assist applicants with the applicant tracking system and onboarding process.
• Enter data and resolve discrepancies in ATS and onboarding records.
• Administer pre-employment drug tests and track results for recruiters.
• Coordinate appointments with gaming commission and review new hire paperwork for accuracy.
• Process I-9 verification and E-Verify for new hires and re-verifications.
• Support HR projects and general duties as needed.
