Town and Country Resort in San Diego, CA is seeking a bilingual Recruiter (English & Spanish) to join our People Services team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, create engaging postings, coordinate interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding, while supporting leaders with staffing and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Collaborative HR professional with strong communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solver who builds relationships.
• Experience in Human Resources, preferably hospitality or fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support team members and managers with HR questions and guidance.
• Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Support HR projects, training, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy.
