Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• 1+ year relevant experience in Store Administrator or HR role or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Prior exposure to high-volume operations; restaurant/retail is preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas.
• Build strong relationships with store admins, directors, and district directors to partner on filling open and upcoming positions.
• Collaborate with HRBP to strengthen the recruiting strategy.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) – opening/closing requisitions.
• Use ATS metrics to assess hiring practices and support store goals.
• Monitor market trends, openings, turnover, and recruiting gaps.
• Network with local and national hiring sources to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding process (background check, new hire orientation).
• Monitor compliance with ATS and business requirements.
