Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Doraville is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support interview scheduling, ATS management, and compliance tracking. The role partners with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding, monitor recruitment metrics, and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Your bilingual skills will help you support a diverse candidate pool as you coordinate with managers, visit client sites, and participate in reporting with VMS specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in high-volume recruiting.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience with CRM/VMS platforms (Bullhorn/Beeline preferred).
• Federal background clearance and credit check required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage ATS and ensure candidate information is current.
• Track compliance items including background checks and drug testing.
• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Partner with VMS specialists on reporting and client meetings.
• Visit client sites for new hire check-ins and tours.
