Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Store Administrator or HR role or a related bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with high-volume operations; retail/restaurant background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas.
• Build relationships with store admins, directors and district directors to fill openings.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to strengthen recruiting strategy.
• Maintain ATS and onboarding processes.
