Job summary

Care Partners At Home in Irvine, CA, is hiring a Client Care Customer Service Specialist to support clients and caregivers. You will handle inbound calls, document interactions, and help coordinate schedules with accuracy and care.

We seek bilingual Spanish speakers who show empathy, patience, and teamwork. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule in a friendly, dog‑friendly office that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism.
• High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with office software; Alayacare experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, identifying caller needs and addressing concerns.
• Assess and resolve caller issues directly when appropriate or escalate to the relevant team.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with internal team members via email, ensuring all correspondence is properly documented and supports timely coordination and follow-up.
• Accurately update client and caregiver profiles and schedules in Alayacare in real time.
• Coordinate and send monthly birthday cards to clients and caregivers.
• Assemble and distribute client information packets for new and existing clients; provide admin support to the operations team.
