Job summary

Toast is seeking a bilingual Strategic Cuisines Flex Account Executive for the Dallas, TX area, with an emphasis on Spanish-language sales. This remote, field-based role focuses on growing Toast’s presence in Spanish-speaking cuisine restaurants through calls, demos, and closing contracts in the customer’s language.

You will conduct discovery calls, prepare quotes, and collaborate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success, using English for internal communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set customers up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and internally in English as needed.
